Led by yoga instructor Marty Harger\, this gentle one-hour practice combines fresh mountain air\, the calming scent of lavender\, and stunning views of Mount Timpanogos for a truly unique wellness experience. After yoga\, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the farm\, learn how lavender is grown\, harvested\, and distilled. Participants will also have time to explore the farm’s gift shop and receive a special lavender gift to take home. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for each yoga session.
