Join us every Saturday this summer in the forum at Canyons Village for free outdoor yoga on the Forum lawn. Yoga will occur every Saturday from 9:00 am-10:00 am from July 4 - August 29. \\*Subject to change and weather permitting. Flow in the Forum is led by long-time yoga instructor\, Monique Rasband. She teaches a balance of Power Flow\, Movement\, and Mindfulness. She consciously weaves the foundation of the practice together.
