Explore the rich regional traditions of northern and southern Italy through a hands-on culinary experience. Prepare Chicken Marsala, Asparagus Risotto, and Zabaglione while learning the techniques and flavors that define authentic Italian cooking. Each participant will receive two (2) complimentary beverages. Chicken marsala Asparagus risotto Zabaglione $79 per person *Price is per person plus tax and fees. Class tickets are non-refundable.
