Ladies' Laps creates a space for ladies aged 18+ to enhance their downhill bike skills and meet other lady bikers in the community. Basic bike skills are recommended as these clinics are designed to enhance skills and build on basics. Ladies Laps makes the most of the 2-hour bike park session with lift-access small group instruction (max 5 people) where personal coaching is a focus.
