Set against Piste's intimate alpine atmosphere, this fixed-price dining experience pairs exceptional whiskey with thoughtfully crafted cuisine. Whether you're a longtime bourbon enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable evening in the Tetons, this is a unique opportunity to experience Wyoming's premier whiskey alongside the hospitality and culinary excellence of Piste Mountain Bistro. Reservations are limited. Need to Know Arrival: 6:00 PM Dinner Begins: 6:30 PM Price: $190 per guest (exclusive of tax and gratuity and paid on the day of the event) Location: Piste Mountain Bistro, Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Transportation: Please allow 12-15 minutes of time to ride the Bridger Gondola up to Piste Cancelations: Must be within 48 hours to avoid a cancelation fee of $100 per person. Cancelations must be made through the Resy platform. The tasting includes: Small Batch â Notes of honey, vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and baking spice. Double Cask â Finished in sherry casks with flavors of dried fruit, fig, raisin, caramel, and warm spice. 250th Anniversary Release â A limited-edition bourbon celebrating America's 250th anniversary with rich caramel, dark fruit, vanilla, and oak. Outryder â A bold blend of high-rye bourbon and American whiskey featuring cherry, caramel, rye spice, and a long, warming finish.
