Moody Tongue Sushi brings its celebrated omakase to Goldener Hirsch in December 2026, with a seasonal residency inside our intimate Alpenglobes. Enjoy a 13-course tasting with optional Michelin-starred beer pairings. Experience Details: • Select days starting December 18 - January 1 • Two seatings nightly: 5 PM and 7:30 PM (2-hour dining experience) • Up to eight guests per globe • $235 per person prix fixe tasting menu • Optional beer pairing: $110 per person • A condensed tasting menu is available for guests 12 and under at $125 per child Please note: Alpenglobe dining experiences include a $300 rental fee per globe. Alpenglobes may also be reserved for large groups, or lunch through our sales team. Taxes and fees are included in the final price. Cancellation policy Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will incur a $75 per person fee. Within 48 hours, 50% of the total is non-refundable.
