Pressure changes things. It shifts landscapes, breaks things apart, pushes things upward, and over time can create something entirely new. *Tectonic Uplift* explores the relationship between pressure and transformation, and the unexpected beauty that can emerge when things are pushed, compressed, fractured, and reshaped. Join artist Meredith Cheatwood for the closing event of the exhibition on **Saturday, August 29 from 5–7 PM**. Come see the work before the exhibition comes down, spend some time in the gallery, and celebrate the closing of *Tectonic Uplift*.
