This Thanksgiving, gather around the table at Powder. Executive Chef Stuart Roger brings Utah's autumn harvest to a four-course, family-style menu sourced from local purveyors. Organic heritage turkey, shiitake-chestnut stuffing, and bourbon pecan and maple pie, all made for passing. Pair them with à la carte harvest cocktails and curated wines.
