Summit Land Conservancy and Summit County are looking for motivated volunteers to help us uproot noxious weeds! With spring fully in swing, join us for our next Stewardship Saturday at Miss Billie’s Preserve (Summit Community Gardens)! We will be pulling invasive dyer's woad, thistle, and white top while they are in bloom and before they can release their seeds. These are all aggressive, introduced plants that grow rapidly and create dense thickets which crowd out our native grasses and wildflowers.
