Weekend Art Show
About this event
Come join local artists at the Miners Hospital Community Center to see what they have been creating, ask questions and support local art. The event is free to the public. Children are welcome when accompanied by an adult and encouraged to discover new art forms. This show includes metal, glass and wood art along with painting, photography, pottery, jewelry and digital art. All three of the upper floors will be open. Don't miss The Local Readery on Friday and Saturday. They specialize in books by Utah authors, including signed copies. Due to the historic nature of Miners Hospital, there are some access restrictions. The first floor is wheelchair accessible, but since there is no elevator, the upper two floors are not. We will make every effort to have artists come meet you on the first floor if you are interested in seeing their work but cannot climb stairs. Pets are not allowed in the building. However, registered service dogs are allowed.
