Enjoy a peaceful experience with outdoor yoga surrounded by the blooming lavender fields at Blue Canyon Lavender Farm in Heber City, Utah. Led by yoga instructor Marty Harger, this gentle one-hour practice combines fresh mountain air, the calming scent of lavender, and stunning views of Mount Timpanogos for a truly unique wellness experience. After yoga, guests will enjoy a guided tour of the farm, learn how lavender is grown, harvested, and distilled. Participants will also have time to explore the farm’s gift shop and receive a special lavender gift to take home. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED for each yoga session.
