Ridgeline & Flame: Chef Steve Benjamin & Domaine Della November 13 | 6:00 pm Adults $290+ per person, inclusive of wine pairings One evening only. Guest Chef Steve Benjamin of Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach joins Executive Chef Stuart Roger for a five-course four-hands tasting menu at Powder, opening with Kristal Caviar, closing with Le Chocolat. Each course accompanied by a wine from Domaine Della, a Russian River Valley estate that releases Pinot Noir and Chardonnay three times a year to a private mailing list, and nowhere else. Winemaker David Hejl will speak to each wine as it's poured. Classical French culinary tradition meets the Wasatch. Pairings include the "4 Amours" Pinot Noir which recently took “Best Red” at the Sunset International Wine Competition.
